In Between Lets are a professionally-run ‘all trades’ property maintenance company, based in South West London, specialising in renovating rental properties and on-going property repairs for landlords.
We provide FREE, detailed, fixed-price quotes for complete refurbishments; fixed-price kitchens; fixed-price bathrooms; fixed-price painting and decorating and anything else you require.
We organise all our tradesmen to attend our clients’ properties as soon as possible after the previous tenants have vacated and schedule all tradesmen to carry out the various works in a structured format to ensure the whole project runs smoothly and is completed in a certain time-frame. This means void periods are kept to a minimum and new tenants can move in quickly.
We only use highly professional, reliable tradesmen, such as painters & decorators, that we trust to do the best possible job for our landlords.
In Between Lets is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Copy certificates can be supplied if required.

The first job that we offered Michele was a tired and beaten down 2 bedroom flat that was achieving £925pcm in rent that needed a complete refurb. Michele organised several quotations with different suppliers, always eager to find the most competitive price for our landlord.
She provided details, computer generated plans of the kitchen and bathroom along with her quote and recommendations that we passed onto our client.
She then organised to meet with the landlord at the property on a Sunday to talk thorough exactly what he wanted and how much he wanted to spend.
